APD Seeks Public's Assistance in Locating Auburn Man

The Auburn Police Division is asking for the public’s assistance in determining the whereabouts of Carlos Fernando Ruiz, age 31, from Auburn. He was reported missing to Auburn Police on April 9. He was last seen Sunday night, April 7, leaving a friend’s residence in Auburn.

It is believed that Ruiz left the area on his own accord. There is no indication of foul play at this point in the investigation. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’ 5” tall, 120 pounds, brown eyes and black hair with a full mustache and beard.
